At Athletic Asylum, we’re training for life. Humans are meant to run, jump, pick things up, put them down, and move efficiently. We use equipment that is going to simulate real life because you’re never going to be faced with using an elliptical. We want our members to become stronger, faster and healthier. We use the best training the world has to offer, including but not limited to, powerlifting, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and calisthenics, all combined in ways to make you healthy and fit.
More Than Just a Gym
You’ll notice something different when you walk in our doors. We know each other’s names. We talk about our lives and consider each other friends. We warm up together, sweat together, and improve our lives together. We want you to become a better you, and we hope that over time you’ll want to help other members become better too.
Our gym is not typical. We have no machines, no treadmills, and no mirrors. Our 10,000 square foot facility is designed to allow our members to move freely and efficiently. We use barbells, dumbbells, rings, pull-up bars, jump ropes, and climbing ropes all in an effort to improve your fitness the best way possible. Why pay for a membership to bore yourself by staring at a television and walking on a treadmill?
