DAMON DUKES: TRAINER/OWNER
Damon has a passion for coaching. He believes some of the greatest moments and achievements in people’s lives were inspired, motivated and challenged by great coaches. His own coaches were memorable and influential. Damon’s strengths include showing people what they are made of and evoking the shift from self-doubt to self-efficacy. He has been a personal trainer/national trainer and group fitness instructor since 2005.

Jaclyn is a former division one athlete and high school basketball coach. She is also marathon runner with a PR in the Boston Marathon of 3 hours and 8 minutes. Her love of sports, fitness, and coaching inspired her to become a group fitness instructor and national trainer for Les Mills. After discovering CrossFit, Jaclyn fell in love with this style of training and the endless opportunities CrossFit provides for athletes of all levels to compete on a daily basis while being surrounded by a fun / healthy community!

James developed a passion for functional fitness during his recovery from wounds received in Afghanistan while serving as an Army Infantryman. His commitment to his own fitness and his desire to learn different and more effective methodologies led him to CrossFit, where he ended up pursuing a coaching position so he could instruct others on functional fitness. James can sometimes be found wrestling bears, herding honey badgers, tossing mountains, winning Pulitzer Prizes with his to-do lists, parallel parking trains, and shaming professional musicians with his shower singing.

Doug is passionate about using lessons learned in his fitness journey to help others achieve their goals. Those lessons include taking an honest self-assessment of what our weaknesses are, be it poor form on a movement, or not appreciating the small gains achieved with each training session. He has found the CrossFit methodology to be an ideal way for both himself and others to attack these weaknesses. He believes strongly in mastering basic movements and then practicing them even more.
