Athletic Asylum’s Sports Performance Training is tailored to young athletes participating in High School & College sports. Athletes can expect to make tremendous improvements in the off-season and/or maintain current player development while in-season.

Athletes will train under the watchful eye of Joe Bathgate CSCS, who graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Exercise Science & Minor in Biology.
Joe dedicated his time to the athletic department of Towson serving as a student strength & conditioning coach. As part of an interdisciplinary approach to human performance, Joe was responsible for assisting all aspects of athletic development, including: training, nutrition, mental toughness, corrective exercises and injury prevention.
Coach Joe also actively contributes to research literature. He is a physical activity scientist for the Uniformed Services University of the Health and Sciences collecting data in research projects that are aimed toward preventing musculoskeletal injuries.
